Day Care is held three days a week at our premises in Cheadle, currently on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
The Day Care is managed by a fully trained care team who will support with health needs. We support clients with various long term health conditions including Dementia.
Tea and toast on arrival is provided, along with a nutritional, three-course meal, plus drinks throughout the day.
Clients can participate in a varied activity programme including gentle exercise, crafts, games, and reminiscence.
Accessible minibus transport is provided to surrounding towns and villages including Cheadle, Tean, Blythe Bridge, Werrington, Alton, please enquire if your area is not listed as we may be able to provide transport. Some clients are transported by family members.
A home assessment is completed before service commences.
