Our Therapeutic Life Coaching programme is offered on both a 1:1 and group basis. You will work with our dedicated coach and explore activities that can help you tackle aspects of your life that you feel may be holding you back. A wide range of health and wellbeing activities are offered as part of your journey and these include but are not limited to; yoga, tai chi, art-based learning, listening, and sharing sessions, music therapy, mindfulness and meditation. At times it may be necessary for us to signpost to other organisations to ensure you get the full complement of support that you need in order to move forward.
