Our Leek Outreach Group is held each Friday, at Leek Rugby Club. Accessible minibus transport is provided to the Group for those who live in Leek and Cheddleton. A nutritional, two-course meal is provided, along with drinks throughout the day. The Group roughly runs from 10am until 2pm. The Group is facilitated by a Co-ordinator and volunteers. Activities at the group include games, reminiscence, and visits from outside agencies to provide information and advice.
The group provides clients with the opportunity to socialise with others. A home assessment is completed before the service commences.
