Whilst on the course you will learn to cook meals and then will enjoy the food as a group at lunch time, the course also looks at healthy eating and how to eat healthy on a budget.
The course runs with a limit to numbers and has a start date and end date. The course runs on a Thursday for 8 weeks from 9:30am to 3:30pm.
