Since 2014, we have empowered Carers to live fulfilling lives by creating Carer Friendly Communities—places that understand, value, and support unpaid Carers so they can thrive in all areas of life and work.
We deliver innovative, solutions-focused support both digitally and in person, working nationally and locally to make a measurable difference for Carers. Our services include:
- Carer ID and Discount Cards: Access exclusive offers and recognition for your caring role.
- Online Carer Support: Join our Carer Friendly Online Community for peer support, information, and advice.
- Information and Advice: Get practical guidance on caring, rights, and available resources.
- Training and Workplace Support: Employers can become certified Carer Friendly Workplaces and access Carer Champion training.
- Local Carer Hubs: We are commissioned to deliver services in Birmingham, Walsall, Sandwell, Dudley, Wiltshire, and Dorset.
- Community Engagement: Nominate Carer Friendly businesses, volunteer, fundraise, or join events to help build supportive networks.
We reinvest 100% of any surplus into our social purpose, ensuring that every pound helps create more Carer Friendly Communities. Our impact:
