Menphys and Leicester Riders have teamed up to offer inclusive basketball sessions for young people aged 10 to 25 across Leicester, Leicestershire, and Rutland.
Our basketball club is designed to help young people improve their skills, build confidence, and make new friends in a supportive and fun environment. Sessions are led by trained basketball coaches with expertise in delivering inclusive activities for young people with disabilities.
- Who can join? Young people aged 10-25, including those with disabilities.
- Where? Choose from three accessible venues:
- Whitwick and Coalville Leisure Centre, Stephenson Way, Coalville LE67 3FE (Mondays 4.15pm – 5.15pm)
- Morningside Arena, Memory Lane, Leicester LE1 3UL (Thursdays 4.30pm – 5.30pm)
- The Menphys Hub, Bassett Street, South Wigston, LE18 4PE (Fridays 4.30pm – 5.30pm)
- Cost: £5 per session
- What to expect: Inclusive sessions focused on skill development, relationship building, and having fun in a non-judgmental setting.
