We are a Dementia support service from the Alzheimers Society supporting Carers and those affected with a diagnosis of Dementia.

We also support those who have memory concerns.

We do not have an office as such, but we do meet service users/clients in their home or alternatively can meet them wherever they feel comfortable, so yes we undertake home visits.

We also hold regular 1-1 meetings at the Community Dementia Partnership Hub, Everdon Road, Holbrook Coventry CV64DT and have access to private confidential rooms which are Dementia friendly.

We support people with a wide range of communication difficulties including the ones you mentioned, Hearing impairment, Vision impairment, Learning difficulties and Physical disabilities.
