FWT is a dedicated centre supporting women in Coventry and the surrounding area. We offer a wide range of services, projects, and support groups designed to empower women, improve wellbeing, and foster community connections.
Our centre is open Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 3:00pm. We provide a welcoming, women-only environment where you can access:
- Health support – including perinatal mental health projects, cervical screening support, and the MAMTA project.
- Social and integration projects – such as the Coventry Women’s Partnership and resettlement support for women from diverse backgrounds.
- Economic empowerment – with employment projects, training, and workshops to help women gain new skills and find work.
- Courses & workshops – covering a variety of topics to support personal development and wellbeing.
We are proud to be a women-only organisation, providing a safe and supportive space for women of all backgrounds. Our team includes peer support workers, project coordinators, and specialist staff who can help with health, employment, integration, and more.
