Sahil - South Asian Mental Health Support

Listing deleted

Sahil Project is a South Asian mental health and wellbeing support centre serving communities across Coventry and Warwickshire for over 35 years. We offer culturally appropriate, accessible services for women and men, with a special focus on those from Black Minority Communities, especially the Asian Sub-Continent.

Our services include practical and emotional support for a wide range of issues, including stress, isolation, anxiety, and difficulties related to language barriers, racial hostility, and accessing mainstream services. We provide support at our main centre and satellite venues, ensuring everyone can find help close to home.

What we offer:

  • Support groups and social activities to help reduce isolation and build friendships
  • Chair-based exercise classes and fitness awareness sessions
  • Meditation and holistic health resources to support mental wellbeing
  • Opportunities for volunteering and community involvement
  • Advice and guidance for overcoming barriers to wellbeing

Our team is dedicated to creating a welcoming, safe, and supportive environment. We are proud to have received the Queen’s Award in 2009 for our commitment to the community.
