BRANCAB is a major provider of quality assured advice and information for people in the Bedworth, Rugby, and Nuneaton areas of Warwickshire.
Our service is delivered by a team of highly trained volunteer advisers from the local community, supported by qualified staff and the national Citizens Advice organisation. We offer free, confidential, and impartial advice to help you resolve a wide range of issues.
- Debt advice and support – including help with loan sharks, council tax debts, and managing household costs.
- Benefits advice and appeals – guidance on Universal Credit, Personal Independence Payment (PIP), and Pension Credit.
- Housing advice – support with eviction, possession, and housing matters.
- Financial education – help to get your finances back on track.
- Disability rights and energy advice
- Employment and skills support – including help to equip you for work.
- Specialist casework for people with multiple debt or housing problems.
We work closely with other Warwickshire services to help people manage increased household costs and protect themselves from scams and loan sharks.
