Newham Talking Therapies offers free, confidential and effective therapy to residents of Newham. The service provides a range of talking therapies in different formats to suit your needs and preferences. We are committed to equal access and will make adjustments to ensure people can access support in a way that works for them, including language support and British Sign Language where needed. The service recently achieved platinum service user-led accreditation, reflecting high standards in openness, inclusivity, safety and empowering people who use the service. How to refer: You can start your referral by completing our online referral form (gateway.mayden.co.uk) and a member of the team will contact you to arrange an assessment; or you can call 0208 175 1770, Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm.
