  • Person-centred support for people with dementia or memory concerns, whether formally diagnosed or seeking to proactively reduce symptoms.
  • Specialised day break services give carers an opportunity for respite, knowing their loved ones are in safe hands.
  • Activities include cookery, baking, arts and crafts, reminiscence, singing for the brain, dance for dementia, art for dementia, seated exercise, interactive reminiscence, trips and outings, and a sensory trail (coming soon).

Our main objective is to reduce isolation and improve quality of life for people living with dementia and their carers. We encourage the continuation of daily living skills, which can boost self-confidence and wellbeing.

If you are unsure whether the centre is right for you, we offer a free taster session. Other support services are also available—just ask a team member or visit our website for more information.
