PARAGON is a dedicated team supporting adults, children, and families affected by domestic abuse, sexual abuse, and stalking across the South Coast.
Since 1985, PARAGON has worked with people from diverse communities, offering trauma-informed, holistic support tailored to individual needs. Our experienced team includes specialists for adults, children, young people, and those causing harm, ensuring everyone receives the right help.
- Support for adults: We help you identify your strengths, understand your goals, and keep you central to your own safety and support. Our team advocates for you, works in partnership with other agencies, and is committed to being effective and trustworthy.
- Support for children and young people: Specialist workers talk with you and your parent/carer, offer regular activities to help you process your experiences, attend meetings, and provide a safe space to talk.
- Support for people causing harm: Our Behaviour Change team works with adults and young people to explore behaviours, set goals for change, and support families through individual and group sessions.
PARAGON operates in Sussex, Hampshire, Isle of Wight, Dorset, Somerset, Swindon, and West Sussex, with local teams providing integrated interventions and family work. We work in partnership with communities and other organisations to help you live safely and rebuild your life.
