Gentle beginners Hatha Yoga to bring more balance to mind, body & emotions.
No previous experience necessary for any of the yoga health and wellbeing sessions.
Just come along have a go, and see what suits you. All classes are term-time only.
Please wear comfortable clothes that you can move in, and layers so you can maintain your body temperature. Wear non-slip socks if you do not wish to be barefooted for practice.
