Medicar - Volunteer Friends

Medicar Transport Service is designed for people who need to make medically related journeys and are unable to use public transport due to ill-health (short or long term), caring responsibilities, old age, or disability.

We offer friendly, volunteer-driven transport for appointments such as hospital visits or day care centre trips, depending on driver availability. Our service is suitable for those who can transfer themselves in and out of a standard car with minimal help.
