We provide a free 2-week trial with no obligation, so you can experience our positive, friendly, and supportive environment firsthand. Classes are held on Mondays and Wednesdays in Werrington and Fridays in Orton, with venues including William Law Primary School, Werrington Sports Centre, and Herlington Community Centre.
- Traditional Shukokai Karate: Learn Kihon, Kata, and Kumite, following a syllabus based on Tani-ha Shitoryu. Our training combines centuries-old techniques with modern conditioning and combat drills.
- Kickboxing: Pressure-tested training for both tatami and ring, including continuous and kicklight rulesets. We compete and train for sport and self-defence.
- Practical Self Defence: Realistic, legally sound self-defence taught by experienced fighters and former law enforcement professionals.
Our instructors are qualified and recognised by the World Karate Federation, British Martial Arts & Boxing Association, World Association of Kickboxing Associations, and World Kickboxing Karate Union. We maintain the highest standards of safeguarding and student welfare.
