The Sleep Charity is a national, award-winning organisation dedicated to helping everyone in the UK get a better night's sleep.
We offer free, expert advice, information, and support for children, adults, families, workplaces, and professionals. Our services include:
- National Sleep Helpline: Speak to our trained advisors about your sleep problems. Open Monday to Thursday, 9am–11am, and Monday, Tuesday, Thursday evenings, 7pm–9pm. Call 03303 530 541.
- Online resources and information: Access practical guides, tips, and research-backed advice for all ages and backgrounds.
- Workshops, webinars, and accredited training: For parents, professionals, and organisations, including NHS and health sector staff.
- Campaigns and advocacy: We work to raise awareness of sleep as a public health issue and campaign for better support nationwide.
- Sleep On Podcast: Listen to expert conversations and advice on sleep health.
Our team includes leading sleep experts, and our work is based on the latest research. We support people at crisis point and those seeking to improve their sleep routines for long-term wellbeing.
All services are provided nationally and digitally, and most resources are free to access.
