Two Saints Outreach Support Service

Two Saints Isle of Wight offers a range of services to support people who are rough sleeping, facing homelessness, or experiencing a mental health crisis on the Isle of Wight.

Our Outreach Service helps individuals who are rough sleeping, in emergency accommodation, or at risk of homelessness. If you know someone sleeping rough, you can create an alert via Streetlink. Our team responds to alerts within 24 hours to offer support and search for rough sleepers.

Housing First is designed for adults with high support needs or a history of repeat homelessness. We work with local partners to find safe, permanent housing and provide intensive, person-centred support to help clients maintain their accommodation and achieve their goals.

  • Support for rough sleepers and those in emergency accommodation
  • Intensive, one-to-one help for people with complex needs
  • Help moving from temporary to permanent, independent living

Homeless Pathway Service works with the Council and other providers to support clients on the Single Homeless Pathway, offering temporary affordable accommodation and helping them move towards independent living.

Safe Haven in Newport provides a safe space for anyone experiencing a mental health crisis. Support is available by phone, email, or face-to-face during evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.

  • Opening hours: Monday to Friday 5pm–10pm; weekends and bank holidays 12 noon–10pm
  • Visit us: Safe Haven, 7 High Street, Newport, PO30 1SS
  • Phone: 01983 520168
  • Email: safehaven@twosaints.org.uk

All services are free and confidential. We work in partnership with the Isle of Wight Council, NHS Trust, Vectis, and Sovereign to deliver person-centred support and accommodation choices.
