Helping Hands is a community support service from Harrow Central Mosque, dedicated to assisting vulnerable, elderly, or self-isolating individuals in Harrow. If you are unable to leave your home due to age, health, or isolation, our caring volunteers can help you with essential tasks.
- Essential medicine delivery – We collect and deliver your prescriptions and medications safely to your door.
- Food and grocery shopping – Our team can shop for your groceries and deliver them directly to you.
- Weekly cooked food delivery – Enjoy a freshly prepared meal delivered once a week, ensuring you have nutritious food even if you can't cook for yourself.
Our service is designed to bring comfort and practical help to those who need it most. We have received heartfelt feedback from people who felt supported, less alone, and grateful for the kindness shown by our volunteers.
