Shelter is the national campaign for homeless people, offering expert advice and support for anyone facing housing-related problems.
Our London service provides free, confidential advice to people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness, as well as those experiencing any kind of housing difficulty. We campaign for better housing rights and work to ensure everyone has access to safe, secure accommodation.
- Free Housing Advice Helpline: Call us for immediate support and guidance on housing issues.
- Interpreter service available: We can assist clients who speak languages other than English.
- How to access: Contact us via our advice line in the first instance. If needed, we will offer an appointment for further support.
- Who we help: Homeless people and anyone in London facing housing problems.
- Opening hours: Monday to Friday: 8am – 8pm; Saturday and Sunday: 8am – 5pm.
