Social Outings

  • Monthly social outings to local attractions and events, providing Carers with opportunities for relaxation and socialising.
  • These are led by trained volunteers from our support group.
  • Take place every third Saturday of the month

Community Support Circles

  • Small group sessions led by experienced Carers to facilitate peer support and discussion.
