The workshops aim to demystify the processes of sleep, provide simple and practical strategies for relaxation and offer support in making beneficial changes in aid of a healthy, well-rested and rejuvenating night's sleep. They are delivered in plain language without condescending baby-talk or complicated medical jargon, and will accept participants as individuals with a personalised approach, taking into consideration different lifestyles, personalities and learning styles, without a 'one-size-fits-all' view
One-to-one consultations offer a completely personalised approach taking into consideration the individual's lifestyle, personality, physiology and personal goals with education, assisted deep relaxation treatments and personalised sleep toolkits and training.
