Who is ARTS for:
The Anti-Racism Training Service is a brand-new service that provides professional training to public/private/voluntary sector staff within their institution (ultimately leading to a higher quality service to all communities) whilst showing a genuine dedication to establishing an anti-racist work culture.
What does ARTS aim to provide:
The Anti-Racism Training Services is an independent provision that will aim to provide:
1. Stimulating and provocative training workshops to recognise, examine and challenge anti-racism; how it affects staff and its detrimental effects on the successful provision of public services and successful community engagement.
2. Advice and expertise to institutions and organisations to help them specifically understand and address racism and how anti-racism awareness / practice is an essential element to help them improve their business/service provision performance.
Where is ARTS available:
The Anti-Racism Training Service is Leicestershire based and can be delivered face to face at a coaching venue; through telephone or video conferencing technology (Zoom, Teams, Skype etc.).
When is ARTS available:
The service is typically available Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm. Other availability options can be arranged upon request.
Training services to be paid for by employers.
