MOVEability’s Seated Chair Exercise Classes offer accessible, low-impact fitness for people of all ages and abilities, including seniors and those with health conditions or limited mobility. Our friendly, expert-led sessions are held at venues across West Berkshire, including Hermitage, Thatcham, Newbury, Lambourn, and Chieveley.
What to Expect:
- Fun, engaging classes set to popular tunes
- Exercises shown from different angles, with options to suit your ability
- Warm-up, mobilising, aerobic/cardio, strengthening, cool down, stretch, and body scan/revitaliser routines
- Complimentary tea and biscuits after each session for socialising and making new friends
