Seated Chair Exercise in Hermitage

MOVEability’s Seated Chair Exercise Classes offer accessible, low-impact fitness for people of all ages and abilities, including seniors and those with health conditions or limited mobility. Our friendly, expert-led sessions are held at venues across West Berkshire, including Hermitage, Thatcham, Newbury, Lambourn, and Chieveley.

What to Expect:

  • Fun, inclusive classes set to popular tunes, with exercises demonstrated from multiple angles and options to suit different abilities.
  • Each session lasts about an hour, including a warm-up, mobilising exercises, aerobic and cardio routines, strength training, cool down, stretch, and a relaxing body scan.
  • After class, enjoy a complimentary cup of tea and biscuit, and the chance to socialise and make new friends.
