Forest Farm Peace Garden offers a free, year-long ecotherapy placement in Hainault, Greater London, designed to support people experiencing mild to moderate mental health needs.
Our welcoming, informal garden space is open every Wednesday and Friday, with morning sessions from 11am to 1pm and afternoon sessions from 2pm to 4pm. Participants can join for either session or stay for the whole day and enjoy a shared lunch with the group.
Who is it for? This programme is tailored for individuals facing challenges such as depression, anxiety, isolation, or those recovering from long-term illness. No prior gardening or outdoor experience is required.

All activities are suitable for all levels of ability and experience. Our space is informal and welcoming, helping people connect with nature and others in a supportive environment.
