The Rochester Dementia Memory Café

Drop in and pay us a visit. For people living with dementia and those caring for them to meet others in a similar situation.
Friendly volunteers offer information and advice, health and care professionals make regular visits. There are social activities and a range of refreshments are offered.

The aim of the group is to provide carers with somewhere to meet other carers of people with dementia;  benefit from emotional support;  gain and share useful information.
Your local Cafe meets every fourth Friday of each month from 1.30pm to 3.30pm in the Parish Centre at St Peters, Delce Road, Rochester, ME1 2EH

Service access criteria: 18+ service, Available to all in the Medway area.
