The Women's Mental Health Wellbeing Project
Verified service

The Women's Mental Health Wellbeing Project is a welcoming weekly group for women who want to maintain and improve their mental health and wellbeing. We meet every Thursday at Highfields Library from 10am to 12pm.

Our sessions offer a variety of informative, fun, and engaging activities including:

  • Arts and crafts
  • Training workshops
  • Group outings
  • Self-care activities

These activities are designed to increase mental health awareness, build resilience, and support ongoing wellbeing.

We also provide advice and a listening service, and work in partnership with the NHS, health professionals, and voluntary and community organisations to share information and signpost to other helpful services.

All women are welcome—whether you are looking for support, connection, or simply a safe space to talk and learn.

There is no cost to attend, and you do not need a referral. Just come along and join us!
