The Women's Mental Health Wellbeing Project

The Women’s Mental Health Wellbeing Project is funded by The National Lottery Community Fund and is a twice weekly group for women that meets up on Tuesday at The African Caribbean Centre and Thursday at Highfields Library 10am - 12pm.

We offer a variety of informative, fun and engaging activities such as arts and crafts, training, outings, self care activities to increase mental health awareness, develop resilience and maintain mental health wellbeing.

We also provide advice and a listening service and work in partnership with NHS, Health and Voluntary and Community organisations to provide information and inform the group of other services and where to get help. For further details please contact Jamila’s Legacy.
