  • Helpline and local advisers: Our free and confidential helpline (0808 800 0303) connects you with expert advisers who can answer questions, provide emotional support, and guide you to the right services. Open Monday to Friday, 9am–6pm, and Saturday, 10am–1pm.
  • Cost of living support: We help you find benefits, grants, and other financial support to live well with Parkinson's.
  • Local groups and activities: Find in-person and online support, social activities, and wellbeing services near you.
  • Accessible resources: Information is available in other languages, large print, audio, and easy-read formats. Printed resources are free in the UK.
  • Telephone befriending: In partnership with Re-engage, we offer a free telephone befriending service to help reduce isolation for people with Parkinson's and their carers.
  • Magazine and community stories: Read real-life stories, tips, and advice from people living with Parkinson's and professionals.
