PACT (Parents and Carers Together) is a Suffolk-based support group for parents and carers concerned about the mental health, emotions, or behaviour of children and young people.
We offer free, confidential support in a safe, non-judgemental environment. Our services include:
- Face-to-face meetups in Suffolk, providing a welcoming space to share experiences and receive support.
- Online support for members of our closed support group, making it easier to connect wherever you are.
- Access to self-help resources, including a book library, links to online content and training, and connections with other organisations.
- Opportunities to join with us, share ideas, and benefit from guest speakers with relevant expertise.
Our goal is to empower parents and carers to support the wellbeing of their children, young people, and themselves. All support is free and confidential.
To join our group or access resources, please contact us by phone or email. Meetings are held locally in Suffolk, and online support is available for group members.
