Age UK East London provide a free, quality-assured, independent Social Welfare information and advice across Hackney, Newham and Tower Hamlets.

How to reach us
Our helpline is open Monday to Friday 9.30am – 5.30pm with a voicemail service accessible outside of these times. One of our helpline team aim to respond to emails and voicemail within 24 hours.

We provide an accessible service to adults and their carers with a range of appointments available. We provide home visits to those that require it, but also appointments at one of our 3 East London Offices and other sites. We can also deliver appointments by phone and video call as needed.

Our service is delivered by experienced and highly skilled advisors and advice volunteers. We have Bengali, Sylheti, Urdu, Punjabi, Vietnamese and French speaking team members.
