HAD's Clubs & Classes delivers in-person activities for adults in Havering, with a focus on socialising, learning, and gentle exercise. The program comprises a range of clubs and classes such as: Social Club (Mondays): a friendly space to chat, have a hot drink, use the computers, play cards and board games, or enjoy the garden; price £5 per session. Chair Based Exercise (Tuesdays): low-impact exercises tailored to mobility needs; price £5 per session. Arts & Crafts (Tuesdays): a tutor-led, beginner-friendly creative group; price £5. Coffee Morning for the over 50s (Wednesdays): social gathering with tea/coffee and biscuits; price £2.50.
