Worth Warrior is a free, private, and anonymous app designed to help young people manage negative body image, low self-worth, and early-stage eating difficulties or disorders.
Created by the teenage mental health charity stem4 and developed by Clinical Psychologist Dr. Nihara Krause in collaboration with young people, the app uses principles of Cognitive Behaviour Therapy for Eating Disorders (CBT-E) to support users in identifying and challenging thoughts, emotions, and behaviours that contribute to low self-worth and body dissatisfaction.
- Recommended for ages 12 and above.
- Offers a range of activities and information to help users monitor triggers and make positive changes.
- Designed as an aid in treatment, but does not replace professional support.
- Safe, private, and anonymous usage.
Download the Worth Warrior app for free to start your journey towards improved self-worth and healthier body image.
