
Join Wild Minds on an 8-week programme of mindful movement combining the ancient practices of T'ai Chi, Qigong and Yoga. T'ai-Ga is our own creation which incorporates exercises from all disciplines to aid flexibility, strength & balance; along with some mindfulness and relaxation.
It is well documented that the art of T'ai Chi is a wonderful way to improve strength and balance in the body. Including the Qigong for mindfulness and inner body balance and some Yoga for flexibility, you will finish this programme feeling at one with yourself and stronger in mind and body too.
These sessions are delivered by an experience T'ai-Qi and Yoga teacher and will be adapted to suit the needs to those attending. There will be progressions available if required and the sessions will be suitable even for those who have never done this sort of thing before.
A yoga mat would be useful if you have one, but there are some available to borrow if needed.
