
Havering run a range of sessions for parents to help them in a variety of ways to help with different challenges they may face with their children.

Courses include:
- Mellow Bumps Parenting Course for parents-to-be
- The Incredible Years Parents and Babies course - focused on helping parents observe and communicate with their babies and learn ways to provide nurturing and responsive care including physical, tactile, and visual stimulation as well as verbal communication.
- Strengthening Families Strengthening Communities - course for 0-18 year olds
- The Havering Empowering Parents Empowering Communities (EPEC) peer-parent programme
- Parent Surgery - 1-1 sessions with parents and carers focusing on behavioural management.
- Parenting drop-in
- The Non-Violent Resistance (NVR) programme - aims to improve the parent/child relationship
- STOP parenting programme - aim is to empower parents to have a greater understanding about the developmental process of their teenage child.
