Get Moving Cambridge is a programme run by the Active Lifestyles Team at Cambridge City Council, offering a wide range of accessible and low-cost physical activity sessions for people of all ages living in Cambridge.
Whether you’re looking to improve your wellbeing, get active, or meet new people, there’s something for everyone. Activities include:

- Mental Health Swims
- Bat and Chat sessions
- Activities for Older Adults
- Exercise Referral Service for adults with long-term medical conditions

Sessions are designed to be social, giving you the opportunity to connect with others while improving your physical and mental health.
