Havering Works is a free, innovative employment and skills service provided by the London Borough of Havering, designed to support local unemployed residents with barriers get back to work, access training, or explore future career opportunities.

Our friendly team offers:

  • Confidential one-to-one assessment of your skills and training needs
  • Guidance from a qualified personal adviser to help you develop a personalised Action Plan
  • Job coaching and mentoring to build your confidence and skills
  • Information on specialist agencies for additional or more specialist support
  • Matching your transferable skills and experience to suitable job vacancies
  • Job search support including CV review, help with job applications, and interview preparation

Whether you are unemployed and looking to start work, training, or simply want to talk through your career options, our service is here for you. We also welcome referrals from voluntary and statutory organisations for Havering residents.
