Butterflies is a peer support group for parents-to-be and parents with children up to the age of one year.
We offer in-person groups and telephone support for families experiencing perinatal mental illness, anxiety, depression, and low mood during pregnancy or after the birth of their baby.
Our Early Years Practitioners are experienced in supporting families with perinatal mental health challenges. If you would like to talk to someone, please email us to request a call back.
