Havering Carers Hub supports unpaid carers who care for adults over the age of 18 living in the Borough of Havering.
We offer a wide range of services to help carers manage their caring responsibilities and maintain their own wellbeing. Our support includes:
- Advice and information on caring, benefits, and local services.
- Carers assessments to identify your needs and help you access support.
- Wellbeing and social events to connect with other carers and reduce isolation.
- Awareness courses and training for carers and professionals.
- Support groups for peer support and sharing experiences.
- Practical tips for carers and help preparing for the future.
- Specialist support for carers of people with dementia, mental health needs, learning difficulties, autism, physical and sensory impairments, cancer, and the elderly or frail.
- Hospital discharge support to help carers navigate care transitions.
We understand the challenges carers face and are here to help you access the right support, information, and respite. Registering as a carer gives you access to our network and empowers you to get the help you need.

Cost: All support and advice services are free for unpaid carers living in Havering.
Eligibility: Unpaid carers aged 18+ who care for an adult living in Havering. Parent/guardian carers and young carers can access support via partner organisations.
Location: Our office is based in Romford, and we serve carers across the Borough of Havering.
