Weekly, pilates-based musical exercise sessions on chairs, designed for those 60 and over. Improve your flexibility, strength, posture and balance and just get moving.
The sessions take place every Friday from 19th April until December 2024 at MidKent College in Gillingham. The classes cost £2 per session.
