Counselling and Mediation Services

Need support with a relationship, family conflict or separation? The Family and Relationship Centre supports couples, families, adults and young people with counselling and mediation across North East and South East London, Essex and Kent. It offers relationship counselling, sex therapy, family counselling, children and young people's counselling, and mediation for family disputes. - Talk through relationship difficulties in a confidential counselling service. - Get support with family breakdown, bullying, feeling low or other difficulties affecting children and young people. - Use mediation to work on child arrangements, finances, property, family conflict or workplace issues. - Choose from face to face locations listed by the provider, with Zoom and telephone appointments also available outside these areas. - Legal Aid and the Government Mediation Voucher Scheme may help reduce mediation costs. Cost: Paid. Counselling costs depend on household income; mediation costs vary, with Legal Aid free if eligible and vouchers available for some mediation.
