Community Special Care Dentistry at King's College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust provides specialist dental care for people who cannot be treated in a general dental practice. We support patients living in Lambeth, Southwark, Lewisham, Croydon, Richmond, Kingston, Merton, Sutton, and Wandsworth, offering care at 20 community-based health centres and sites across South London, including a Mobile Dental Unit.

- Referrals must be made using our referral form, preferably electronically
- Radiographs/photos should be included if appropriate
- We do not provide emergency dental care
