When you approach a referral agency, they will collect some basic details to complete the e-voucher, which helps identify the cause of the crisis and allows Rainham Foodbank to prepare an appropriate emergency food parcel for the right number of people. Once issued, the voucher is uploaded to our database and can be exchanged for a minimum of three days of emergency food parcels prepared at the foodbank.
