Our services include:

  • Help with money: Benefits advice, support with debts, loans, and budgeting.
  • Personal help: Care at home for both children and adults, support for families, and equipment for everyday living.
  • Getting around: Door-to-door accessible transport, travel training for young people with disabilities or special educational needs, and help to travel independently.
  • Social opportunities: Clubs and groups for people aged 60+, excursions, and Kid's Patch Club for children.

Our friendly team is committed to supporting you and your family, whether you need advice, practical help at home, or ways to connect with others in your community. We believe everyone should have the chance to live the life they choose.
