Digital Support Classes from Age UK Redbridge, Barking & Havering are designed to help older people gain the confidence and skills to use digital devices such as tablets, smartphones, and computers. Whether you are a complete beginner or want to improve your digital skills, our friendly Digital Champions are here to support you every step of the way.
What we offer:
- Tablet Loan Scheme: Borrow a tablet for free and explore the internet at your own pace. Our Digital Champions will guide you on how to use your device and make the most of online services.
- Training Opportunities: We provide both one-to-one and group training sessions, tailored to your needs. Learn how to browse the internet, use email, connect with loved ones, and access useful online resources.
- Volunteering: Become a volunteer Digital Champion and help others get online. No need to be a tech expert—just bring your enthusiasm for meeting new people and helping others.
Who can join? These classes are available to older people living in the Redbridge, Barking & Havering area. The service is free of charge and open to anyone who wants to improve their digital skills or try out technology for the first time.
