When: Monday Fortnightly 1:30-4:30pm (excluding bank holidays)

Location: Hinckley Library, Lancaster Road, Hinckley LE10 0AT

Who it's for: Individuals in Hinckley and Bosworth, managing or at risk of mental health challenges, seeking employment, learning, or volunteering

 

Services Offered:

  • Personalised one-to-one support with a dedicated Employment Adviser
  • Assistance with career exploration, job searching, applications, CV writing, interview preparation, and more
  • Tutor-led classes on managing your mental health at work and developing tools for sustaining work
  • Help for those unemployed, on sick leave, facing work challenges, or wanting a career change
  • Time-unlimited, comprehensive in-work support
     

Engagement Options:

  • Face-to-face meetings in local areas
  • Virtual sessions via video calls or phone conversations

Service access criteria:

Please note that we can currently only accept individuals who meet the following criteria (which we hope to extend in the future):

 

  • Aged 18 +
  • Lives in Leicestershire County (not Leicester City)
  • Wants to actively engage in work, volunteering or learning (can already be in work as we also support people to retain their paid job or look for another job)
  • Registered with a GP
  • At risk of mental ill health, or you have a mental health problem and use primary care* health services for support with this

 

*Primary Care means that a GP is responsible for the treatment of their mental health, not a Psychiatrist, CPN and/or Community Mental Health Team - which is called 'Secondary Care'.
