Midlife360 CIC is a Cambridgeshire-based social enterprise dedicated to empowering women in midlife to thrive in the workplace. We help women overcome barriers to returning to work, upskilling, or changing career direction, and support employers in recognising and promoting the value of midlife women within age-positive work cultures.
Our services include:
- Peer-to-peer support through our growing Midlife360 community
- Online digital badge training to help you upskill and gain confidence
- Workshops covering practical topics such as financial planning, health and wellness, and decision-making
- Resources and events designed to help women reconnect with work, start their own business, or move into new directions
We also work with employers to help them attract, retain, and support talented midlife women, fostering inclusive and age-positive workplaces.
