Heart and Soul Hub CIC is a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting individuals on their journey to recovery from mental health challenges. We provide a safe and nurturing space where people can heal, grow, and rebuild their lives through hands-on creativity, skill-building, and community engagement.
Our Services include:
- Garden Project: Design, create, and maintain a beautiful community garden with flowers, vegetable patches, and a polytunnel.
- Workshop Project: Produce wooden garden accessories such as bird tables and bird boxes, available for sale to the local community.
- Employment Coaching: Support with CV writing, interview techniques, finding employment, and ongoing workplace support.
- Training Courses: Mental Health First Aid, First Aid, and Fire Marshal training to equip participants with essential life and workplace skills.
All profits from our courses and products go directly towards funding the Hub, ensuring we can continue to offer vital services to those in need. By participating, individuals gain confidence, independence, and a sense of purpose while building meaningful connections within the community.
