Feel better with knus, the UK’s first free, confidential, mental health peer support and coaching chat service.

We connect you with trained and experienced peer support coaches who understand how you feel, because every member of our team has lived experience of mental health challenges. Our service is run solely by trained volunteers, fully insured, and regulated by the Office of the Regulator of Community Interest Companies and the Fundraising Regulator.

What we offer:

  • Telephone chats: For those who prefer a more direct and personal way to connect.
  • Video chats: Safe, seamless, and supportive sessions on our purpose-built platform.
  • Self-paced courses: Focused on mental wellbeing, covering topics like anxiety, low mood, and resilience, created by people with real-life experience.
  • Sleep stories: Calming audio stories to help you relax and drift off with ease.
  • Nutrition guidance: Practical advice for balanced meals, mindful eating, and habits that nourish body and mind.

How to access: All services are free for UK residents aged 18+. Simply register online to get started. It’s quick, easy, and completely confidential.
