Talking Therapies

The NHS Cornwall and Isles of Scilly Talking Therapies Service offers brief talking therapies to people who are feeling anxious, low in mood or depressed. We see people who are aged 16 and over, registered with a Cornwall and Isles of Scilly GP and who are not currently being seen by another mental health team.

To speak to one of our clinicians about whether a referral would be appropriate, please call the service directly on 01208 871 900 or email us on cft.talkingtherapiesreferrals@nhs.net. Our administrators will then direct your query to our duty clinician.

Please note, we are not a crisis service and we are unable to provide treatment to someone who may require more urgent assistance because they are expressing risk to themselves or others. Should you be looking to make an urgent referral, call the Professionals’ Helpline on 01209 881 999 or contact the patient’s GP.

To send us a referral, complete the referral form below. Should we have any questions, we will contact you directly to discuss these.
